The contact profile allows the marketing expert to analyze the interest of a single person, and to find the right contact person.Using the Profile Dashboard, the marketing expert can analyze interest and trends of all contacts.In Sentiment Engagement the marketing expert can analyze and process data that has been harvested from internal or external channels.With Customer Journey Insight, marketing experts can explore the sequence of interactions performed by customers over time, using various channels, such as social media and phone. Interactions such as clicked ads and opened emails can be analyzed.Using the Query Browser, marketing experts can run reports based on predefined cds views. For more information, see Analytics – Consumer and Customer Profiling.The following processes are involved in the Consumer and Customer Profiling scenario:In the corporate account details the marketing expert accesses corporate accounts and selects an account. The marketing expert can then analyze interactions, customer contacts, and scores.In the contact profile the marketing expert accesses contacts and selects a contact. The marketing expert can then analyze personal data, interactions, and scores.The marketing expert can use Profile Dashboard to view all contacts and classified contacts, to select a time frame and a filter, and to create a segmentation model, and a target group.In Segmentation, the marketing expert creates a segmentation model, which he can use to segment the consumer and customer data.In Sentiment Engagement the marketing expert can select a target group, a time frame, and a filter to analyze sentiments, channels, and select posts. The marketing expert can then create a segmentation model, and a target group.The marketing expert can use Customer Journey Insight to define variants, analyze a customer”s journey, view KPIs, and create target groups.Behavior Insight lets the marketing expert analyze customer interactions and map two interactions against each other.Having analyzed the data, the marketing expert can create target groups.Optionally, the marketing expert can create Predictive Models in the Predictive Studio that allow for using predictive KPIs in Segmentation.The marketing expert can also create Scores in the Score Builder.
