Create a general task list or a task list for a specific piece of equipment or functional location. You can specify a validity date that can be today”s date or a date in the past or future. You can use an existing task list as a template (reference) when creating a new task list. The system copies the general data and the operation data of the task list as default values to the new task list. You can specify whether you want to also copy relationships, permits, linked documents, and task list descriptions to the new task list.Provide general information, such as the responsible work center and plant, the status, and the maintenance strategy.Create task list operations to describe the individual work steps which must be executed in detailSpecify the required spare parts by assigning material components from the bill of material or adding materials that are not in the BOM of the maintenance object.Determine which production resources or tools are required to perform the maintenance tasks, such as measuring and inspection instruments or cranes.Describe the chronological interdependence between the maintenance tasks and create relationships between operations. Relationships describe how operations are linked to one another in the process and determine their sequence.For inspection rounds, assign technical objects and assemblies at operation level. 摘要:Three apps are provided for processing a maintenance task list: Create Task List, Change Task List, and Display Task List. As a maintenance planner, you can use task lists to standardize recurring work sequences and to plan inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Maintenance task lists describe a sequence of individual maintenance activities that must be performed repeatedly within a company. They contain important information about the spare parts and tools required for the work steps, the work centers involved, and the time required to perform the work. Furthermore, task lists enable you to react quickly to changing environmental protection or occupational safety regulations that may affect continuous maintenance.
